Learning outcomes of the program and graduate attributes

Upon successful completion of the program, the graduate will be able to:

First, knowledge and understanding:

A1: Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and theories in the field of basic sciences and general knowledge.

A2: Explains the fundamental concepts and principles related to cybersecurity and digital forensics, and their importance in digital life.

A3: Describes the types of cyberattacks and methods for countering and mitigating their impact according to internationally recognized standards in the field.

A4: Demonstrates the importance of cybersecurity and digital forensics, and the use of various methods and tools to protect digital assets and enhance privacy.

Secondly, mental skills:

B1: Analyzes and assesses security vulnerabilities, their impact, and the tools and methods needed to mitigate the effects of cyberattacks.

B2: Develops and implements diverse cybersecurity solutions and approaches that meet the evolving needs of the job market.

B3: Analyzes cybercrimes and gathers digital evidence related to cybercrimes.

Thirdly, practical and professional skills:

C1: Skillfully utilizes various tools and methods necessary to protect data from cyberattacks.

C2: Implements the best international cybersecurity standards in accordance with market needs.

C3: Designs practical programs to monitor, track, and repel cyberattacks to enhance the security of digital assets and the privacy of individuals and organizations.

C4: Uses digital forensics tools to extract, protect, and archive digital forensic evidence.

Fourth, general skills:

D1: Communicates effectively with others and expresses their ideas clearly and objectively.

D2: Utilizes cybersecurity capabilities to enhance their scientific and professional skills independently.

D3: Performs assigned tasks, both independently and as part of a team, positively and in accordance with ethical and professional standards.

Al-Hikma University is a private educational institution officially licensed by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education with the number 1358 dated 26/7/2008 AD. The activity of the Al-Hikma Educational Foundation began in 2004 under the name of the University Institute for Medical Specialties, then the name of the College of Wisdom was added in 2007 AD for technical and administrative majors with a license from the Ministry of Public Health and Population and the Ministry of Education, Technical Training and Vocational Training, respectively.
